Please be aware delivery cut off is 1.30PM.
We can deliver on Saturdays for an extra £20 per order tyres only, orders placed on a Friday may not be delivered the very next Saturday if unsure please call us first.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have my tyres fitted?
Tyres can be fitted at our Hull depot, fitting will be charged at £22.00 per tyre inc vat. This includes fitting, Valve and Balancing; unfortunately, this is a fixed price at our Hull depot.
When will my tyres arrive?
Your tyres should arrive the day after you receive your dispatch e-mail, but on occasion, deliveries can take 2-3 days,
What time is your cut-off time for next day delivery?
Generally, we require orders to be placed by 10 am in order to get goods to you as quickly as possible. However, during busy times (especially during winter tyre season), it can take a day or two for us to get goods dispatched. Please wait for your dispatch confirmation e-mail to come through; you will then be able to track the progress of your order.
Do I need to sign for my goods?
We can leave goods in a secure location or with a neighbour, please add the delivery instruction at the checkout
Will I be able to track my goods?
Yes, as soon as we dispatch your order we will send you a tracking code, which you can use on the UKmail website.
What do I do if my tyres do not arrive on the specified date?
Please use your tracking code to see the status of your order on the UKmail site or give them a call. If you have not received a tracking code then please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf
Help, I need my winter tyres now!
During the winter months, couriers do on occasion struggle to get things delivered as quickly as they should. This is often a result of challenging weather in addition to the strains of Christmas online shopping. We would ask you to be patient with us at this time and ideally make your purchases in advance of when the items are needed.
What if my goods appear to be damaged?
Please ensure you write damaged on the drivers paperwork/hand held device and contact us straight away.
