We say ???What a fantastic result for the Sportrac 3, this tyre first topped the Auto Express best summer tyre in 2005 and 6 years later it still producing test winning performances! The Sportrac 3 has recently been revised to improve its longevity (although we didn???t think there was a problem with it) so now these tyres will last even longer. A fantastic choice for all small cars, family cars and smaller saloons.???

They say ???In the test field of the 13 products on dry roads (almost) all were "good ". In the criteria rain, snow and ice the differences between the tyres became clear. The best performers in these areas were the newly developed Michelin Alpin A4, the ContiWinterContact TS 830P and the Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D. The Michelin scored very well in the wet also to become the winner.???
Tyremen say ???These results mirror many of the main 2010 winter tests with the Michelin and Continental performing really well. When Vredestein are also included in these tests they usually match this level of performance and form what we believe the nest 3 products on the winter tyre market.???

They say ???With five "most recommended" and seven "recommended" products for the selection of the good summer tires in size 225/45 R 17 for the driver has a great choice of tyres. In the five, poor tyre ratings we must certainly not recommend due to poor wet-weather performance of the purchase. In the top group were the new Pirelli Cinturato P7, the revised Dunlop SP Sports MAxxTT, Continental ContiSportContact 3 and the Bridgestone Potenza RE050 is A. Also, with the leaders is the new Michelin Pilot Sport, the usual Michelin advantages in wear and fuel consumption has been replaced now with very good wet-weather performance. The five "not recommended": Nankang Sport Noble, Sava intensa, Good Ride Neza, Wanli and Sunny. A striking feature is the "M & S" - winter tire symbol on the models of good ride and Sunny. For a good ride ("Good Ride ") are for both the signs of anything but good.???
Tyremen say ???Results that show premium manufacturers offering excellent performance, mid-range performing acceptably and budget tyres being poor. A really fair and realistic view that with tyres you generally get what you pay for. Also well highlighted that M&S coding on a tyre means nothing, trust me I would not go anywhere the snow with a set of Wanli on my car, or even the rain on these performances!???
