We currently entrust City Link with our with UK deliveries, the costs of our standard next day service for England, Wales and some parts of Scotland is as follows:

We know that taking delivery of couriered items can be tricky and in order to minimise problems and add convenience we offer the following functionality:

Service enhancements - at an additional cost we can offer the following:

Guaranteed am delivery – additional £5 per order, Saturday delivery – additional £20 per order.
Please note that our guaranteed am service ensures that your order will arrive by 12.30 the day after your dispatch e-mail is received

Service enhancements – unfortunately we are not able to offer date specific, timed or Saturday deliveries for the above areas. Although some areas will be on a next day delivery service you should expect delivery in up to 3 working days.

International

We can send tyres to a number of European countries, the costs below are for an economy road service which takes 3-4 working days.

Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands

Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden

Delivery frequently asked questions

When will my tyres arrive?
Your tyres will arrive the day after you receive your dispatch e-mail.

What time is your cut off time for next day delivery?
Generally we require orders to be placed by 10am in order to get goods to you the next day. However during busy times (especially during winter tyre season) it can take a day or two for us to get goods dispatched, this includes am service orders. Please wait for your dispatch confirmation e-mail to come through, you will then be able to track the progress of your order.

Do I need to sign for my goods?
We can leave goods in a secure location or with a neighbour, please add the delivery instruction at the checkout

Will I be able to track my goods?
Yes, as soon as we dispatch your order we will send you a tracking code which you can use on the City Link website.

What do I do if my tyres don’t arrive on the specified date?
Please use your tracking code to see the status of your order on the City Link site or give them a call on 08444 930 932. If you haven’t received a tracking code then please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf

Help, I need my winter tyres now!
During the winter months couriers do on occasion struggle to get things delivered as quickly as they should. This is often a result of challenging weather in addition to the strains of Christmas online shopping. We would ask you to be patient with us at this time and ideally make your purchases in advance of when the items are needed.

What if my goods appear to be damaged?
Please ensure you write damaged on the drivers paperwork/hand held device and contact us straight away
